Sailfish and Dorado!

fr1The Sailfish and Dorado are here! YEEEHAAW! Joey, Reggie and Daryl did a full day charter on April 30- 10 Mackeral, 10 White Tuna, 5 Jacks, 5 Dorado and the first Sailfish release of the year! Great day guys!!!

Snapper and Roosters!

The fishing inshore has been astounding! The half day afternoon charter on the 17th, with local Tom Pipicelli produced 3 Mackeral, 2 Jacks, 1-10lb Grouper and a 25lb Rooster. The following half day charter on the 18th, also in the PM- 12 baby Grouper, 14 Pargito- one stud 4.5lb Pargo, 3 Jacks and 2 Mackeral. Still waiting for warmer, clearer, blue water that will bring the Sailfish and Dorado…

Mack Attack!

It’s been full on with the Mackeral bite. Tony, with the morning charter…20 Mackeral, 5 White Tuna, 1 Barracuda and 1 Bonita! Andrew with the afternoon charter…19 Mackeral, 4 Jack. Tony wins by 1!!!photo-2The face only a mother could love.

Jacks and Macks

Lights winds allowed us to push out and work over the inshore hard bottom…plenty of Jacks and Macks on tap as always. Brian from NSR took John Jr. out for his first great spear fishing experience!

Da Bruiser!

Fun fishing the first stint of light winds produced a trophy Amberjack! This is our new chef Jan (pronounced “Yo-Han”) and his very FIRST ocean caught fish!!! YEW! bruiser  bruiser3bruiser2
